Here’s how to make the MOST out of OvaGold so here are some helpful tips to maximise absorption and optimise the timing of your new supplement routine.

OvaGold is best taken 1 capsule twice per day, this will maximise absorption of nutrients like CoQ10.
We suggest taking your OvaGold with breakfast & lunch, and not too close to bed time, thanks to the energy-boosting nutrients inside like CoQ10 and Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (the precursor to NAD+) - we know how important your zeds are!


pair with healthy fats for best results.
OvaGold contains fat-loving ingredients like CoQ10 and vitamin E, so make sure your breakfast & lunch contain healthy dietary fats like avocado, olives, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds or nut butters like peanut or almond butter.

OvaGold is best taken with or just after a meal.
You can take OvaGold at the same time as a prenatal multivitamin if you’d like, it won’t impact the absorption of the nutrients in your prenatal.
