Arxi Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Arxi Nutraceuticals Pty Ltd (ABN 97 672 844 101), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia (“Arxi”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Arxi and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 1 August 2025 and ends on 31 August 2025 at 11:59PM AEST (“Promotion Period”). Only purchases made during this period are eligible for entry.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must purchase one or more bottles of OvaGold from [insert website URL] during the Promotion Period.

• 1 bottle = 1 entry

• 3-pack = 3 entries

No separate entry form or additional action is required. All eligible orders will be automatically entered into the draw.

5. Game of Chance

This promotion is a game of chance. Entry provides the chance to win a prize but does not guarantee it. No skill is required, and each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

6. Prize Details

• Prize: One (1) CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Mask – Series 2

• Recommended Retail Value (RRP): $679 AUD

• Total Prize Pool: Under $1,000 AUD

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

• The prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or changes will be permitted.

7. Prize Draw

• The winner will be drawn randomly at 12:00PM AEST on 1 September 2025 at Arxi HQ.

• The draw will be conducted fairly using a randomised selection method.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.

• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, declines the prize, or the notification email is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

• The prize will be delivered via tracked shipping to an Australian address, free of charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arxi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, Arxi makes no warranties or representations about the fitness for purpose or suitability of the prize. Arxi will not accept any responsibility if the prize fails to meet merchantable quality standards or specific expectations.

Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. General Terms

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete orders.

• The Promoter’s decision regarding the prize draw and all other aspects of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• This is a game of chance and does not require a permit under current NSW regulations.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Arxi’s Privacy Policy. It will only be used to administer the giveaway, notify winners, and arrange delivery of the prize.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Arxi reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable laws.
