Shipping policy

This is a policy of Arxi Nutraceuticals (ACN 672 844 101) (“Arxi”, “we”, “us”) on our website located at fromarxi.com, which is owned and operated by us (Website).

This policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Sale.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, please report this to us immediately support@fromarxi.com so that we can investigate.

Shipping

This is a summary of our key shipping terms. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for more details.

We post products within Australia (stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping destinations). We use delivery service providers to help us get our products to you. 

We strive to process your orders with care and efficiency. Subject to stock availability, we endeavour to process orders within three (3) business days, but this timeframe may vary for example during periods of high demand.

To keep you informed about your shipment's progress, we provide tracking numbers or links for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. Please note that it may take a short period for the tracking information to become available after the shipment has been processed.

Delivery times will vary between orders. Delivery times are dependent on:

  • the delivery service provider
  • the chosen shipping method (standard or express)
  • your address and your address.

We cannot provide a guarantee on delivery timeframes as these change based on factors beyond our control.

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct - we won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees or terminate this agreement and issue a refund in accordance with this agreement.

Package lost or damaged?

While we take great care to ensure your packages reach you in perfect condition, unfortunate incidents may occur during transit. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact support@fromarxi.com within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date.

We will initiate an investigation and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or insurance claim in accordance with this policy.

Please provide proof of purchase, your order number and contact information when you contact us, so that we are able to respond to your request.
