Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals.
Best taken with breakfast & lunch. We recommend pairing OvaGold with a source of dietary fats such as olive oil, avocado, nuts & seeds (or nut and seed butters) and fatty fish like salmon for maximum absorption of fat-loving nutrients - CoQ10 and Vitamin E.

Always consult your health care professional for individualised advice. OvaGold is not indicated for use in pregnancy or lactation. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
OvaGold is designed just for your prepconception journey and isn’t recommended while breastfeeding. More than 230 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride (NRC) per day has been deemed the maximum allowance for breastfeeding mothers to take in supplemental form.

OvaGold is manufactured at a Halal certified manufacturer here in Australia. OvaGold contains no animal products and is suitable for a vegan diet, by definition it is considered a Halal supplement. However, OvaGold is not Halal certified.
