Directions for use
Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals. Best taken with breakfast & lunch. We recommend pairing OvaGold with a source of dietary fats such as olive oil, avocado, nuts & seeds (or nut and seed butters) and fatty fish like salmon for maximum absorption of fat-loving nutrients - CoQ10 and Vitamin E.
